Our Approach
A more personal standard of care.
Club REV brings together architectural discipline from modern medicine and quiet refinement from private European institutions. Neither performance nor aesthetics is the junior category.
How we work
We pair clinical rigor with a coaching mindset. Every plan starts with measurement, is explained clearly, and is revisited as your results change.
We keep what the evidence supports, say so when it does not, and always put safety first. Risks, alternatives and informed consent are part of every conversation.
What guides us
- Evidence over trends
- Personalised, never one-size-fits-all
- Transparent plans and pricing
- Long-term partnership

Your physician
Lane Smith, DO
Founder, Club REV | Board-Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM)
Dr. Lane Smith is a board-certified family medicine physician and founder of Club REV, a Las Vegas medical practice dedicated to longevity, human performance, and aesthetic medicine.
Early in his medical career, Dr. Smith's experience assisting in the operating room fostered an appreciation for anatomy, technical precision, and hands-on medicine. While drawn to the challenges and craftsmanship of surgery, he recognized that exceptional care often begins long before surgical intervention becomes necessary. This perspective shaped his interest in preventive medicine, individualized treatment, and the integration of in-office medical and aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Smith believes healthcare should go beyond treating disease—it should help people preserve their vitality, optimize their performance, and feel confident in their own bodies. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, metabolic health and weight management, hormone optimization, physical performance, and aesthetic procedures.
Raised in the Mountain West, Dr. Smith developed an early appreciation for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. A former collegiate rugby player at the University of Utah and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, he understands the importance of maintaining strength, mobility, and physical independence throughout life.
His motivation for founding Club REV grew from a frustration with conventional healthcare: a system increasingly shaped by corporate priorities and administrative bureaucracy, where medicine too often reacts to disease rather than working to prevent it. He envisioned a different model—one that emphasizes early intervention, prioritizes the physician-patient relationship, and gives individuals a more active role in their long-term health.
Club REV is the realization of that vision: an independent, physician-led practice built around personalized, evidence-guided care, with the freedom to focus on what matters most—helping patients look, feel, and perform their best.
